Please read these terms carefully. By creating an account or purchasing a plan on CAReady, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CAReady ("Platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use CAReady. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must not share your account with others. Each purchase is for a single user only.
You must notify us immediately at support@caready.in if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts found in violation of these terms.

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

Plans (Starter, Pro, Ultimate) are one-time payments, not subscriptions. Access is valid for the duration stated at purchase.
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
Payments are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your card details.
Access is activated immediately after successful payment confirmation.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes do not affect existing purchases.

5. Permitted Use

You may use CAReady solely for your personal, non-commercial CA exam preparation. You must not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any questions, solutions, or content from the Platform
Share login credentials or allow others to access your account
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract content
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Platform
Post or transmit any unlawful, abusive, or defamatory content

6. Intellectual Property

All content on CAReady — including questions, solutions, explanations, graphics, and code — is the exclusive property of CAReady or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian copyright law. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. All India Ranking (AIR)

AIR is calculated based on aggregated, anonymised test attempt data from registered users. It is provided for informational and motivational purposes only and does not constitute an official ICAI ranking. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of ranking data.

8. Disclaimers

CAReady is a practice platform. We do not guarantee that use of the Platform will result in passing ICAI examinations.
While we strive to keep content accurate and updated, we do not warrant that all questions reflect the exact current ICAI syllabus at all times.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, CAReady shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data, loss of marks in examinations, or loss of profits.

10. Refunds

Our refund policy is detailed in the Refund Policy. In summary, refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if fewer than 3 tests have been attempted.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to purchased content will cease. Refunds will not be issued for accounts terminated due to policy violations.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [City], India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email.
